This is a monthly fee program. When you sign up you will choose 1, 5, or 10 keywords you want your real estate website to be ranked on the first page of Google for. You will be given a 1 month free trial for the 1 and 5 keyword packages (10 keyword packages are too large for a free trial).
During the free trial period you will see your website’s SEO ranking move up Google. Depending on how competitive the keywords are that you choose, you may already get your first page ranking for some of the keywords you select during the free trial.
After the trial period is up then your monthly payment begins. If your real estate website isn’t on the first page of Google by the time your free trial is up then it will guaranteed be on the first page soon after (you will still see you move up to page 2 or something very high during the free trial though).
How fast and how high of a position you get during the free trial is simply due to the nature of real estate SEO, keyword competitiveness, and Google.
