Both the terms and conditions and setup guidelines correspond specifically with our Get Started Form.

Setup Guidelines

This section goes over each step of what we will be doing with your TizBlog System as we build it. Anything not included in this section will not be created during this specific project. The marketing features that are programmed into your TizBlog System can be found under the ‘The TizBlog WordPress Real Estate Website System -What You Get section. So go there for details on the programming features built in.

Additional features can be included as add-ons and will require a separate Addendum form and fee if they are not specifically referenced in the setup guidelines below.

Layout

All our designs follow the same layout and we do not modify this because this is a proven design that works for increased lead capture and visitor usability.

  • Contact – we create and setup a contact form for this page.
  • Deal Of The Month – you will supply content for this as you market your site
  • How Much Is My Home Worth? – we create and setup a contact form for this page.
  • How’s The Market? – we create and setup a contact form for this page.
  • Search For Homes – we integrate your IDX system into this page.
  • Search Homes By City
  • Sitemap – we create this page to display all your website links in it automatically.
  • Tags – we create this page to display all of your website tags automatically.

Preferred Client Content Pages built with your TizBlog System during setup:

Client will supply all content for these specific pages. A maximum of 5 preferred client pages are included with your setup. If you want to have more content put into your site during setup then this will have to be specified on the Custom Add On’s Addendum.

  • About/Bio
  • Contact
  • Communities
  • All pages you want to include – (agent pages, team pages, testimonials, buyers page, sellers page, etc).
  • Blog Content Transfer – Each file counts as one page. So if you have one content transfer file then that counts as 1 of your 10 preferred pages (even if the transfer file has multiple posts as it will). If you have an existing blog with WordPress, Blogger, or Posterous and want to have your content transferred to your new website with us then let us know your blog platform and url below.

We’ll create all of these pages but if client does not supply the content for us to insert during setup it is their responsibility to put it in after setup.

What Client Is Responsible For Providing Tizish To Complete The Website Setup Process

  • Provide Username and Passwords for all social media: Facebook, Twitter, Posterous, Only Wire syndication, etc (if client is using said media) to ClientCare@tizish.com
  • Provide company logo files as well as your personal logo/brand image files.
  • Provide the specific Phone Number and email address to be used throughout the website.
  • Provide the IDX service links to be used.
  • Domain Registrar (ex. Godaddy) LOGIN and PASSWORD
  • Provide all text-content for the pages you want put on your site. These are the pages referred to above in the Preferred Client Content Pages section.
  • Provide username and password for existing blog if you are having blog content transferred from an old site to your new one with us.
