These are the terms of our monthly SEO program found here.

Our Guarantee Terms:

• Due to the nature of Google and keyword competition, we guarantee results in the first month and you will often already get first page results, but it can take into the second month for certain keywords.

• Not all keywords will be ranked on the first page within the first month. However, some keywords may be ranked on the first page of Google within the first month. Any keywords not ranked within the first month will get ranked on page 1 of Google in the following month(s) you are in the program.

*The reason for this is simply the nature of Google trusting your site. Think about it in this way, do you trust someone completely 100% within the first month of knowing them? Well, Google can’t always just trust a site completely with it’s prized first place spots after only one month. It often does, because our service is so perfectly crafted, but often this trust, this ‘friendship’ will take a little bit over a month to build for some keywords and websites.

• You will get a 1 month free trial if you select the 1 and/or 5 keyword packages. The 10 keyword packages do not offer a free trial.

• You are guaranteed a first page ranking in Google through this program. The position you end up on the first page will vary. Following good SEO practices for your website and blogging ensures a higher position (follow our training tips for these).

• All keywords you select must have a local term as part of them. For example, you can’t select the word “Homes” by itself. Instead you must add a local term like “Malibu Homes.” Our keyword selection guide can help you determine the best keywords for your target market.

• Some keywords that are extremely competitive will incur an additional fee. For instance, getting ranked for a local keyword term such as “Malibu Homes” is much less competitive than saying “California Homes.” If you have a term that is very competitive like the California one then an additional fee will be incurred. The additional fee will depend on the keyword.

• The keywords we guarantee you a first page Google ranking for must be present in your websites Title Tag.

For example, if your website’s Title Tag is “Malibu Real Estate – Malibu Homes For sale – Malibu Condos” and you then select the following keywords:

-Malibu Real Estate*
-Malibu Homes*
-Malibu Condos*
-Malibu Houses
-Malibu Beach Home

Then the only keywords that are guaranteed a 1st page ranking are the ones with an asterisk (*) since these are the ones in your Title Tag.

• This doesn’t mean that we can’t get your website to page 1 of Google for any keyword you select though. This just means that our guarantee only applies to the keywords you have in your websites Title Tag as these are the ones that Google will initially recognize as your target keywords.

• We can still get you a first page Google ranking for keywords not present in your website’s Title Tag. It will just take a little more time than going with keywords in your Title Tag.

Payment Terms:

• You agree to at minimum a 2 month commitment after your free trial is over. After 2 months of service you can cancel the service at anytime.

• Your monthly fee begins the day your free trial ends. You will then be charged on this day on every new month you are in the program.

• Cancellations require a 7 day notice.

• If you miss a payment then you have 48 hours to bring it back to good standing. We will stop the SEO work for your website immediately after the 48 hours if it’s not brought back to good standing.
