1. Different keywords to use instead of just “Real Estate” over and over:

*Put your target city like ‘San Francisco’ before each keyword*

YOURCITY Real Estate
YOURCITY Real Estate For Sale
YOURCITY Homes
YOURCITY Homes For Sale
YOURCITY Property
YOURCITY Property For Sale
YOURCITY Properties
YOURCITY Properties For Sale
YOURCITY Townhomes
YOURCITY Townhomes For Sale
YOURCITY Condos
YOURCITY Condos For Sale
YOURCITY Condominiums
YOURCITY Condominiums For Sale

Another tip for using your keywords is to switch the placement of them:

*For all the same keywords above*

Real Estate In YOURCITY
Real Estate For Sale in YOURCITY
Homes For Sale In YOURCITY
Homes In YOURCITY
etc….just use the same keywords above but in this variation.

2. Then learn the 3 different ways you can use these keywords in your titles:

*With this example blog post title “How To Determine Your Highest and Best Offer Amount.”

a. How To Determine Your Highest and Best Irvine Real Estate Offer Amount. (use it naturally as part of the sentence. This is the best method.)

b. Irvine Real Estate Tip: How To Determine Your Highest and Best Offer Amount. (use it as a preface to your blog title. This is the 2nd best method.)

c. How To Determine Your Highest and Best Offer Amount – Irvine Real Estate. (use it just at the end to show the topic of the title. This is the least best method. It’s not bad to do this one, but make sure you don’t only do this version.)

How To Setup The Google Authorship Markup In WordPress

In this webinar you will learn how to add the Google Authorship tag to your blog articles in Google’s search results. Here are the steps covered in this video:

a. Go to your WordPress Menu and add the “author” relationship to your about page.
